To scout for people that match your level of expectation does not always follow an easy path. It is difficult to find people with great skills and with the great amount of professionalism and the right attitude. Most companies nowadays use outsourcing than hiring another new employee to do a certain project. I have read articles about companies getting another company to do certain aspects of their business. Marketing, accounting, customer service, billing, technical support, are among the support that other companies outsource. As part of the marketing agenda of other companies they hire people to do their newsletter or email campaigns. There are in fact well skilled newsletter designer in a certain say, designs companies or designs group that some companies hire to do these tasks. Most often than not, hiring a group of people who specialize in coding and designing is a wise choice than getting one person or a single employee to do the job. This group of designers and web developers also have email designer in their group who specializes in email campaigns and making email programs and strategies that are beneficial to the company or client. The company can hire or outsource this group of people and do not need to worry on how they are going to do it, because that is already their field of expertise. There is a certain group that I have seen online who seems to be pretty well and doing great in this type of field.
